This piece is about moving forward without knowing the outcome of your journey. It’s about equal parts hope and sadness, deep rooted self reliance and also self doubt. We see the figure moving ahead through treacherous terrain with hands tied and blind folded without choice, but they do so confidently. It is both commentary on the artist’s inner struggles as well as the state and future of our world.
